PT, you do have a way with words.

I'd just answer the phone, put it somewhere where I couldn't hear a word they said and let them run up their phone bill. Maybe they'll use up all their minutes.

Our phone rang at 3 am one morning - my husband answered
"How the hell should I know - it's miles from here."
"What was that about honey? I asked.
"Some guy wanted to know if the coast was clear"

Bad joke - sorry - well, not really!

Aw, thanks Gracie, but I'm not the head investigator, Mike is. We'll just curl his hair, put him in a skort and he's good to go....

Good idea, but at 1 in the AM, I'm far from clear thinking and they hung up on me, MOI! Why would they do that....

Going through my callers IDs on my phone shows that I also got another call on March30 around 11PM. We were in GA so I missed that one. Must have been the early shift working that day!

Graciegirl-I really really want to be on the girls posse. I can aim and shoot straight; I can kill 'em with kindness and I have a stare that can make the bad guys wither where they stand. I will even buy a new squirt gun..a monster one with a 50 foot range....Please...can I join???

That was you? Just kidding.

I hope these calls are not being made collect.

Pooh:

Seriously. I feel bad for you that your life is being interrupted by these inconsiderate people.

I hope you can find a way to resolve this dilema and your life goes back to normal.

Next time they call say you want two large orders of General Tso's chicken medium heat and two vegetarian egg rolls.
