Thanks Bill. I'll have to do a little more thinking on it because i don't know if I like the idea of adhesive on my paint. It may come down to the lesser of two evils. (Bugs or adhesive) Hmmmmmmmmm.

To add further explanation to the "adhesive": It seemed to me that it was more just a 'tackiness' (as in 'sticky'! :) ) on the backside of the wrap rather than a true really sticky adhesive like we all might perceive. Extremely easy to remove - didn't tear apart in little strips or anything. There was absolutely no residue, etc. when we took the wrap off the car once we got back to OH. And as I mentioned in a prior post, it held on the car really well, even through some pretty strong rains!
My friend was more interested in keeping things from harming the paint (minor rock chips, etc.) rather than having the wrap on the car as a bug protector though it was nice to not have to clean bugs off when the trip was over. So we layered around 3 strips of the wrap across the front of the car (fully painted, no grille per se). Worked out just fine! He was paranoid as heck about the paint as he wanted to get the more permanent clear paint protector film installed after he got home......but that's another story! :D
