Interesting. Thank you for posting the video. It sure brings up alot of questions. The list of dignitaries that were absent, especially since they could have arrived from a car instead of plane, is eye-opening.

Security for heads of state arriving via a 2 or more hour auto trip would be a challenging issue and difficult to perform over a 400 km route. imho.......Probably the reason for aircraft and helicopters to a short secured motorcade route.
