Default Reader’s Digest: 50 Nicest Places in America

The Villages is noted as one of the 50 nicest places in America. It writes that at the country’s largest American Legion Post, up to 400 retirees show up every week to send goodies to soldiers via the Operation Shoebox campaign.

Nice to see niceness recognized.

.
The wife got one last year while in Afghanistan, it was from the Del Webb community down the street. Most of the Shoe Boxes come from Florida or Arizona. I'll let you know where from if I get one this year. Distribution varies depending on the FOB (the base) some times they go directly to the MWR (morale office).
