I thought that the home referred to in the first post was a detached condo, and subject to a monthly condo fee for maintenance of the grounds, etc. I'm probably incorrect.

Gpirate: I agree that living in TV isn't inexpensive. But I thought that once you're a resident, Executive Golf courses are free (if you walk the course). I'm probably wrong about this also. Say goodnight Bare.
