Could profits be less, I think so but after you pay the stockholders, how much is left?

If the insurance company isn't on the stock market to begin with, then they don't have to pay stockholders.

I'd appreciate the names of health insurance companies that aren't public, which Medicare will allow as well as clear retirement plan provider approval.

I believe it is a mutual company which few retiree benefit plans will approve and receives 3 out of 5 stars in consumer reviews.
