Default RV Park

If a person wanted to spend next winter at a nice RV park while looking for a house at TV which one would be the best? Don't mind paying a premium for a nice lot and a park with lots of nice things at it. But would like it to be close by TV.

The Recreation Plantation RV Resort, located just outside of The Villages on highway 466 would be your best choice. Their toll free number is 800-448-5646.

I checked my Trailer Life directory and the Blue Parrot that Chuck mentions is rated much lower by them than the Recreation Plantation mentioned above.

We stayed in our RV at Recreation Plantation for awhile waiting for our closing. We like it a lot. They stay pretty full in the winter, so get your reservations early.

Just for info (not that I'm a stock holder in blue parrot, I bought some propane for a new barbecue there and they were helpful):

Blue Parrot is 55+ and Rec Plantation isn't

Recreation Plantation is an Adult Community but you do not need to be 55+.
