The one I use ishttp://www.speakeasy.net/speedtest/ After it loads, click on a city and wait for test and results to appear. Suggest you try several cities as results may vary.

Thanks hancle that site was a little easier to use. I have the skow DSL and saw 1300 download and 265 upload speeds, how does that compare to others out there (what type of service do you have).

I have the Verizon FIOS service. It's fiber optic cable, and it's supposed to be fast. I tested it, and it sure is.
The closest server (NYC) gave me over 20,000 MBPS on download, and 3,550 on upload. It lowered when I tested the distant servers. Seattle returned 6,600 download, 750 on upload.
