Move to the spare room and get a noise maker with the Wind soundš Dr. Dave

pillow speaker
I have a pillow speaker I got from C Crane company it has batteries in line on the cord and shuts off after about 45 minutes, IF you wake up again there is a button on the battery compartment that I push and the speaker goes on again for 45 minutes. I use a internet streaming radio but you can use a regular one if it has a jack for the speaker phone plug. THe speaker has a foam cover on it.

A few Fireball shots will do the trick.

Half a Advil PM each night. Then I close my eyes and start playing executive golf courses in my mind.

Great suggestions, thanks folks!

WAX EARPLUGS. Several years ago we were on a river cruise in Portugal and we pulled into Porto for the night. All went well until about 1 am I was awakened by the most Gxd awful noise you ever heard, we were across from a nightclub and they opened with music at 1 am and continued until 4 am. Next day I went into town and found a drug store and they recommended wax earplugs and they are the very best. They mold into your ears and you will hear NOTHING, the world could come to an end and you would hear NOTHING. Click here Amazon.com

I had a cat that snored, he like to lie right by my head too. That cat is gone now. Iād like to hear him snore againā¦.
A nice warm bath with aromatherapy oil or a ābath bombā, and half a glass of warm milk and Iām out like a light. Iām a light sleeper. I wake up to the house creaking, hubby snoring, wind howling, early lawn mowing, so I go to sleep wearing swimmerās ear plugs (which also reduces noise) on a long necklace. Then IF some noise wakes me up I slip them in, easy to do in the dark, and Iām back to sleep. The neighbor asked me the other day, if I was home when they started working on replacing my roof at 6:30 am. I said yes, I slept through the pounding till 9:30 am. |
