The key word is REDUCES. It does not eliminate it. As to South Florida, what I have read is that social distancing was only a "suggestion" to many people plus the return of cruise ship passengers and international travel from Europe through MIA brought positive cases.

Once the virus is in your body, you are infected and the disease will run it's course regardless of body temp.

And according to the Italians, after conducting 50+ autopsies, this virus is not respiratory at all. It is a circulatory thrombosis (clotting) virus that we should be treating with antibiotics, anti-inflammatories, and antu-coagulants.
