There is the club area of this forum that we could use and then see if the ADMIN would allow a restricted access to the Crispers Club part of the site. Just a thought.

What if the offender is part of the Crispers Club?

There are some sick individuals involved in this. For those individuals that are reading this that are regular posters on TOTV....please rethink the childish behavior that you are partaking in. Grow up and leave innocent folks alone.

I too had never heard of or been on Topix. I went there today to see what this was all about. Looks to me like high tech version of high school note passing. I will not return, what those leeches say is of no interest to me. I think I will have to shower now.

I found the offending posts on Topix and thought, how immature and devious of these women! Didn't they ever grow up beyond their teen-age yrs??? And to go to Gracie's house and then malign her character and spread vicious slander over the world wide web...!!! I wish there were laws against these types of defamation of character on the web!! Isn't that called "cyber-bullying"?? I said it before, and I'll say it again, I'm very cautious about who I trust, I too have gone through (not on the internet setting)what Gracie's going through right now, and I feel for her...it really hurts when people slander your name & character for NO reason...and it's especially terrible when that person has such good motives andis always reaching out to others to help them.

Let's not fall into some ones conspiracy theory. That site has problems because it is not monitored. This site works fine because it is monitored. It is that simple. Don't let someone's silly fears ruin your fun and respect for TOTV.

We all love Gracie and we all hope she will not go away. Trying to make this issue into a spy novel can only create problems. Let the pot settle before it is stirred right out of the kettle. I say again, build a bridge and get over it before you give yourself a coronary. Ggggeeeezzzz.

I too feel so bad for what Gracie is going through because of these people that have slandered her good name. To do this to someone that has opened her home and heart to all of us here is about as low as one can get. I have not had the pleasure of meeting you Gracie, but I do consider you to be a good friend.

Good point and bringing up all these he said, she said is of no help. Trying to connect the posts from Topic to TOTV posters is ridiculous as anyone can go on Topic and use anyone else's name to post. I could go on there and talk bad about the Golfingnut using any posters name from TOTV. Topic does not require any registration to post. Trying to connect those dots is foolish.

Let's get back to forming a group to drive over to Gracie and Sweety and sing some come back carols. That would help.

Folks, this has been going on relative to Gracie since mid 2012, almost two years. It is nothing new........the posters who run from here to there are still here and will continue to be here.

This outpouring for Gracie is great and it is the only reason I am back....no sweat, I will get out of the way.....but this is not new....the repeat offenders on here are not new. Gracie just has to get back and develop trust once again with folks. This will not stop as long as the internet is here.

If I shared with you what I have been called, well you might agree but point is....this is life. I tried to warn folks about this and also about the other pitfalls that I have seen on here but was called a bully not only on Topix but here and reminded to behave, thus my sensitivity level is not that great right now.

My prayer is that Gracie will step back on the stage a bit wiser and a bit more leery of people.


It is nothing new......at all. Those who posted there know who they are...they are either sitting laughing at all of us....or concerned they might be called out (HOPE that happens...maybe..really maybe).

This will sound crazy but just be careful with what you say and to whom you say it. I cant handle it as I am too blunt and that is ruled as being a bully, so that is what that is.

Be careful and when Gracie comes back..help her trust again...THAT is what she needs.

I do not see anyone saying ANYONE said.....nobody has made any accusations and frankly if there was a way to ferret out those who have engaged in this practice for a few years now, I will come here and post their names and take the consequences. THAT I promise to do. Gracie is a strong lady and will be just fine. She is not the only person attacked there, and I am not talking about myself with that comment.....she has taken the worst beating for sure, but go back a few years if you can stomach it and you will read many names that may be a bit familiar if you posted then.

What would non-residents do? Mom and I live in Michigan but have owned a home in TV since 2012. Since we closed on our home we've only made it to TV for a couple of weeks twice a year. We've never made it to a Crispers meeting. TOTV enables me to keep up on what's going on, ideas for contractors, etc.

How do you see a Crispers Club working for non-residents or prospective buyers?

Go back a few YEARS. You must be a lot younger than I to have so much time. I try to stay in the now and not worry about the past. I think you would be better off to stay away from sites that upset you. You should enjoy life. I celebrate in some form every day. I have been on TOTV for almost ten years using five different screen names, but will not waste my time building a conspiracy about other members. I log in every day with an open mind and an open heart. I refuse to hold a grudge as that would only hurt me.

Then you could be honorary members. Only kidding the special forum was only mentioned for fun. It would be totally wrong to have a discriminatory form. I feel confident Admin would never allow anything like that.
