Default Spas 110 Volt Models

Previously we've had Sundance and Bullfrog Spas. Looks like there is no Sundance dealer in FL. I see T & D sells Bullfrog.

The ones we had ran on 220 which requires paying an electrician to get the service out to the spa.

I noticed Bullfrog has a smaller model available that uses 110 volts. We have a dedicated 110 V outlet in the birdcage. So we would save money on the electrician. But somewhat concerned about the 110 model's pump power.

Has anyone compared 220 versus 110 models? What did you go with? Any regrets? Cost of running 220 to the spa? (probably will depend on the length of cable required to get from breaker box to spa.)

Thanks,

Tom
