Default Transfer VHS to DVD or Stick

Finally found the old VHS tape that was made from Dad's 8mm movie reels. Id like to have it put into a digital format. The previous threads on the subject are years old. Video Vault was a place people mentioned. Has anyone used them recently?

If you have a VHS player and a computer, here is a link to purchase a VHS to digital converter from Amazon for $19.99. If you don't have a VHS player, you may want to visit the Goodwill store and other thrift stores.

I used Walgreens to transfer 8mm to DVD. They also do the same for VHS

Took my tape to Video Vault on Wednesday and picked the DVD up yesterday. Two day service was great. I now have a very good DVD of treasured family holidays and important events. I thought $25 was a reasonable cost.

They are in Belleview, just north of where 301 and 27/441 meet.
