Default Seeking opinions on towns surrounding TV

Let's say I moved into TV. My friend might not be able to afford the cost of living in TV and would be interested in living outside, but close. My question is: in your opinion, which town would offer the best quality of life (clean, low-crime, nice people, ETC.) ?

Coney, there are a lot of options around here. You have to tell me more about what you or friend is looking for.

55+ community?
How important is golfing.
frame or block construction or manufactured home.
how important is being by a lake.
what type of entertainment and what type of music
gated or not
not to be a smart --- but male or female.- crime and interests differ on this one

we have done a thread on cost of living in the villages before, what cost of living frame are you looking for??

I have lived here 20 years , so i know a little about the area

Don't forget if they live too close they are not entitled to use certain TV amenities...like golf...pools....gatherings at rec centers requiring ID to enter...etc....etc...etc..

I know because I have family living "TOO" close by and there are many things we could do but are not allowed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No, you cannot get a visitors pass because the do check their ID's when getting the pass.

I understand the reason for the rules. However.............................. :edit:
