The reactions in California are referring to allergic reactions and to a specific batch of the Moderna vaccine. I'm not concerned. This is the reason there is a minimum of a 15 minute observation period after the vaccination. This is also the reason three ambulances were on site at the 466 vaccination location.

After discovering that people registering after I did were getting appointments 6 days before me, I sent GMR an email, and they responded. Then, when the suspension occurred and I didn't get email and my wife and friend's did, I contacted them again. Below is what the email contained.....sounds like they're coming back to me, but I've been wrong before:

Mr. Laryb,
XXXXXX had forwarded me your inquiry and I had a chance to look into this with our technology team. Rest assured, we have your registration and you (and those you registered) are all in the queue to be issued another appointment when supply becomes available. We had to cancel about a week’s worth of appointments. We will not be adding any appointments until that group has been vaccinated with the next week’s worth of supply.

What email did you use

One tent is standing - I just drove by last evening! Please be accurate in your comments. When more vaccines are received they will resume. The reason they had to take these tents down is the impending vandalism that could happen in the "friendliest hometown" which is sad in itself.

All the National Guard troops in Washington about 30,000 received vaccines. Wondering if the doses for the public were transferred for them?

How about we all flood the local news outlets including TV stations to investigate and report to the public. Let’s find out who really wants to see the facts.

I was on the list to get the vaccine however I received an email last week stating they are out of vaccines and to basically "stay tuned" for future updates. I also drove by the site and there was one small tent left. I'm thinking maybe April/May... Hmmm, wonder what happened to all of the vaccines received here for the FLORIDA residents! I heard that visitors could even receive the vaccination....

Does anyone know WITH CERTAINTY who signed the agreement with Global Medical Response? I've been told it was no one at the Villages or County level, so that leaves someone at the State of Florida-if, in fact, there was any kind of a formal agreement. It seems there must have been for them to receive an allotment of vaccine.

My experience with GMR was very positive-I'd just like to know who let them run out of vaccine while other Counties keep receiving allotments!!

My original post stated that my sister drove to the site. She told me the tents were gone. That is all I knew. I did not say I saw the site myself. That was the best information I had at the time. So sorry if you feel what I reported was misinformation.

Where did you hear that visitors can receive vaccination in Florida? That is not what is being reported on WESH 2 News. They said Florida residents only and comes from the governor.

Could that be the "hold back" for those who have appointments for their second shots? I surely hope so! If that is the case, I would be beholding to our governor.
