Maddoff did cost lots of people their savings and eventhough they were greedy, it was a terrible thing to do.

I wrote and just deleted a comment about weapons of mass destruction. Made me feel good to write it even though I thought better than to post it.

Some trivia here but related to this thread is the fact that statistically speaking juries will forgive plaintiffs/defendants for almost anything adultery, etc but they will never forgive or forget a liar...except if you were a jury member on the OJ Simpson or Casey Anthony case which continues to puzzle me to this day.

I am probably one of the very, very few that believe OJ did not kill his wife and the waiter. With the slashings of the knife and the massive amounts of blood everywhere, OJ did not have any on him at all. He was not injured at all in an attack when it was obvious Nicole and Goldman fought back. It was a botched government case from the get-go and OJ's dream team of lawyers were the best money could buy. OJ may have been involved but, in my opinion, did not do the killing.

My vote for worst liar in history still goes to George W. and his master, Darth Vader.
