Default WDW Christmas

I'm watching a show on HGTV, "Behind the Magic: Disney Holidays". How I wish I was already living in The Villages so I could take a ride down the road to visit the parks. I've visited WDW during the holidays, and it is the most beautiful time of year to be there. I miss it.

Any of you planning to visit during the holidays?

We are heading to TV with a truckload of furniture on the 18th of December. We do plan to visit WDW on Christmas day. Can't wait to get some furniture into that new house prior to the 25th.

I am not planning on visiting at Christmas. Last year I went down in December to WDW for the big Mousefest convention. That was the first time I went to Mousefest and it was fun going to all the events and meeting Disney fans from around the country. I am glad I went last year because Mousefest is not being held this year.

We went to many great events during Mousefest. One of the great events we got to do last year as part of one group event was going on Disney's private yacht for a ride on the Seven Seas Lagoon. That was fun. Another great event was the dessert party where we watched Fantasmic.

My wife and I had been to WDW before at Christmas. Last year we went to Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party which was very nice.

Heading to WDW on Wednesday for two nights . We moved to The Villages in 10/07 and have had Season passes since. We go once a month but love to go during Christmas. Hollywood park with the Osborne Christmas Lights is a sight to behold. Magic Kingdom is beautiful as well--the castle has the appearance of being molded in ice at night. Haven't made it to the Christmas Party. The Epcot processional is beautiful with the choirs but it is so crowded that we have never been able to find a place to sit. Hope everyone has a Wonderful Christmas.
