Cool We need feedback please - on a Samsung washer/dryer combination

We have had a Samsung washer/dryer combination for only 90 days. Love the dryer but the washer is a different story. And of course our local Home Depot says there is nothing they can do. Even though we have has service calls from three technicians the washer will only fill water to about a four inch depth no matter how much clothing is in the washer. We are told over and over that 4 inches is about the right depth. At times after a finished wash cycle the clothing has dry spots where they were never wet. Please respond if you have experienced the identical problem with a Samsung washer.

The only model that has a glass lid. But I suspect most Samsungs are pretty much the same.

If the clothes have dry spots, it doesn't sound right to me. In the house we left, we had a new Samsung W D and there were no dry spots after washing...something is not right. They do use very little water but enough to wet and clean the clothes or what good are they. Call the manufacturer and demand to speak to the top brass.
