Was it an unbiased source that stated that snopes.com is not unbiased???

It seems like many of the things that people read and hear these days is not exactly unbiased. That seems to apply to both liberal and conservative news sources. Just my opinion.

I read it on the news this afternoon, and then I snoped it

Where does it say "obama told sharpton to keep up the protest" on snopes?

FYI, That is not a picture of the officer. It's been proven to be of someone else who was in an accident.

snopes.com: President Obama Secretly Met with Ferguson Protesters?

pivo 11-19-2014 12:13 AM

Here's what Snopes has to say:
Q: How do I know the information you've presented is accurate?

A: We don't expect anyone to accept us as the ultimate authority on any topic. Unlike the plethora of anonymous individuals who create and send the unsigned, unsourced e-mail messages that are forwarded all over the Internet, we show our work. The research materials we've used in the preparation of any particular page are listed in the bibliography displayed at the bottom of that page so that readers who wish to verify the validity of our information may check those sources for themselves.

Did an interesting search, google "who is protesting in Ferguson" Lots of outside rabble raisers.

manaboutown 11-19-2014 10:58 AM

According to The Wall Street Journal this morning Obama urged Sharpton to "stay the course." Obama

Sharpton's course, of course, is to bus in outside agitators and troublemakers to create as much havoc as they can get away with. We all understand the likely result of this.

Define who is lying? If you mean the racially biased "no respect for the law or the truth" residents/witnesses of the projects where this happened, the "stand by for breaking news in Ferguson" media, Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, Eric Holder or the POTUS, you're spot on.

He's Obama's tax adviser. [I was shooting for satire. My hunch is that Obama would prefer to distance himself from someone that has IRS problems or banking business problems.]

Uh, how to get more welfare sent to the majority of Ferguson residents? :$: Or, just maybe how to re-implement WPA (Work Progress Administration) programs to get the majority of Ferguson residents back to work.:laugh::laugh:
