Here in the Chicago area, I tutor at an English as a Second Language class during the school year. In this past week's class we had group discussion on how Halloween is celebrated. Several students said that Halloween in not celebrated in their home countries. One student in my group asked if Halloween is celebrated in Canada, and I said I did not know. So for the Canadian TOTV members, is Halloween celebrated/observed in Canada, and if so, how is it observed/celebrated?

Yes it is celebrated in Canada. We have been in Victoria a few times at that time and it is a wild and crazy time. Even more that what we have seen in the states. We lived in the Seattle WA area and Victoria is one of the best places to visit.
