Wegmans has a huge selection of products and excellent quality. Your venom towards a great store makes me wonder if you were fired from Wegmans.

Default Quick

I wish there was a Trader Joe’s because they have some great products. However…I had to stop at Publix in Mulberry yesterday to pick up 2 items..and was flabbergasted that they had no self check outs. Instead of getting in and out quickly, I had to stand behind 6 people…in the 10 items or less line (yea..right) ..and it took me forever..😡
That is what self check is for.

I like the self checkouts. Stopped going to Trader Joe’s when they discontinued my fav chocolate. Used to pick up a few other things while I was there but now nothing to entice me to make the trip.

Perfect answer!

Since I went on Medicare, I had considered myself a senior but I am delighted to learn that I am not!!

Don’t believe that’s correct. There are Wegmans and Publix in Virginia.

Speaking of Publix subs....Their pre-made subs are vanishing. The wife and I would pick one up for Sunday lunch. The sandwich is shrinking. You will be able to read through the cheese in a couple of weeks. The roast beef is disappearing at an alarming rate. As far as assembly is concerned, it's nice to see that chimps are given jobs.

I go to Jersey Mike's now for Sunday lunch.

I find the Publix Boar's Head subs are far superior to Jersey Mikes. Their cold cuts are substandard. Publix makes it fresh rightin front of you and I have not experienced that they are cutting back o quantity. We use to go to the Jersey Mike's at the Jersey Shore. The difference inquality to the ones in FL are huge.

Oregon is the other state were you can't pump your own gas. In NJ, the stations both north and south don't seem pay much attention to the rules.

I never pumped gas until I moved from NJ to FL.
