If my hair get any longer, I'll have to go find my tie dye shirt and bell bottoms.

The thing is, I feel better after a haircut, as apposed to listeng to the doctor saying, "Well your not getting any younger you know!"

Even the FL task force initial recommendations included allowing barbershops/salons/gyms to open.

......so why is the state of FL so slow to allow them to open. They must certainly understand zero revenue = failure (maybe not in government but most certainly in small businesses).

I had my hair cut and colored at the Hair Cuttery in Pinellas Plaza the last week before it closed but they had already implemented the safety procedures you described, using only every other chair with stylists and clients all wearing masks. Felt safe.

When they do open, how long will it be before you get an appointment? Florida has 21 million people who need haircuts.

I bought a razor and gave myself a #1 cut and then I shaved my face clean. So much easier now after a shower and nothing to do with it throughout the day. It feels so much cleaner (hair collects dirt much faster than just your skin anyway), feels cooler too. Even though I can maintain it myself, I still might visit Cal’s once in a while to keep supporting our local businesses. I will never go back to all that hair!

#1???..............was that the guard you used, or the quality rating?? #1 guard is a tight buzz.
