Probably wrote President George H. W. Bush in 1991 but cannot recall any answer. Did hear from maybe 60 other politicians, the Supreme Court Clerk, law librarians, law school deans, association people, State politicians, and others back when I wrote 500 or so snail mail letters all from the Dinkytown Post Office near the University of Minnesota from around June through mid-November 1991.
