I cannot vote for Romney. I am a conservative. He is Not. On this immigration order of President Obama, Republicrats say it proves the President should not be president, yet Romney told CBS Sunday he would not stop the Executive Order when he takes office.. he will wait for a solution from Congress. How can Republicrats claim this latest Order of President Obama is a reason he should not be re elected when Romney will do the same thing?
Go away Mr. Romney. You have lost the Conservative Vote. Open up the convention for a Conservative. I will not vote for a candidate from any party who says he will violate his oath to enforce the laws (including immigration laws) of the United States.

So you're going to sit on your hands? Great plan.

sounds like somebody is committed to not vote....if Romney is not conservative enough one certainly could or would not vote for Obama....so be like too many millions who will sit home and not vote.....but that also means you are not entitled to talk about what you do not like in the outcome.

Some of us believe some folks maintain a public posture for what ever reasons...then when they get in the voting booth they will do what makes the most sense....NOT VOTE FOR OBAMA.

Rubio has said that if put in a similar position as those who are fleeing destitution, he would break the law, too.

Understandable feeling, but the United States is not under obligation to accept everyone running over our border in search of "milk and honey" just because they are unhappy at home.

By that measure, why don't you leave your door unlocked so that all who are in worse shape than you can enter your house without your permission and help themselves to the things you have in order to enrich their own miserable lives.

It would be understandable for those destitute people to do so, in the parameter of your post.

Mitt Romney will be speaking at the National Association of Latino Elected and Appointed Officials on Thursday in Orlando, so we should know then what his immigration policy will be if elected. President Obama speaks to the same group on Friday.

Are you forgetting the hundreds of thousands that the Obama Administration has deported? It is a lot more than the Junior Bush Administration did during their time in office.

I'm not sure what your post, if indeed true, has do to with my post.

Amazing that I have to explain things to you. After a couple of house brand bourbons at the watering hole, you are usually understandable but not here.

Anyhow, you had stated that just because this is the land of milk and honey, we are not obligated to let everyone who wants a better life to enter the US.

I replied by saying we do not allow that because as you should know, the Obama Administration has deported hundreds of thousands of illegals - much more than the Junior Bush administration did in their terms of office.

Do you understand now or do you need a watering house bar brand bourbon or two? Maybe we can take care of that later (if Mrs. Lion allows it.)

I was responding to Coralway's thinking and to his post and not to whatever you are referring to that I haven't vetted, and you haven't provided any source for.

Context is very important in a discussion. Tangental statements can be confusing in person and even more so in print.
