Default Assessment of the Obamas by another black man

The following is over a year old but I felt it could easily have been yesterday.
Michael Massie is a black reporter....see his credentials at the end of the article.
The article is validated on snopes as accurate:

Why I Do Not Like The Obamas | The Daily Rant: Conservative Mychal Massie's Hard Hitting Commentary on Race, Obama and Politics

The article summs up for me what I dislike as well.......the best part?

It isn't because he is black!!

I wish race was not in the title or even referred to...BUT, unfortunately I agree and this area sums it up...

"Presidents are politicians, and all politicians are known and pretty much expected to manipulate the truth, if not outright lie; but, even using that low standard, the Obamas have taken lies, dishonesty, deceit, mendacity, subterfuge, and obfuscation to new depths. They are verbally abusive to the citizenry, and they display an animus for civility.

That is then shown in the article and there are so many other examples.

It is a shame...this man is smart but ALL of his background and training pointed to this

You, like most tea party radicals, do not know how to understand what you read. You post information based on what you want it to say, not what is real.

I read the author's screed. In it he claims Obama was born in Kenya, his children are not his etc etc. And that the

as you claim certainly disturbed me. I had no idea that Sasha and Malia were not President Obama's children.

So of course, following your trail I checked snopes for their verification of this information. What did I learn. That you can't read. Snopes verified that another right wing Republican official (Max R Lenington) who happened to be the superintendent of schools as well as the county treasurer in the most populous county in Montana had plagiarized Massie's writing and submitted it as his own to the local paper. Imagine, the gall. If you plagiarized for your high school report you fail and here is the superintendent of schools doing it. So all snopes did was verify that Lenington was not the original author and Massie gets full credit on his own.

You don't understand the difference between validating the name of the author and validating the article itself? Maybe you can use snopes to check out the particulars of Mr Massie's accusations and get back to us with a report on those.

Perhaps it would have been better if the title had been "How an Ultra Right Wing Black Columnist Feels About Obama." The article is a spewing of venom, nothing more. The Obamas are accused of being Communists, plus a lot of other accusations based on nothing but conjecture, lies and false rumors. There are reasons to dislike the Obamas and some of President Obama's policies but to base them on this columnist's articles is ill-founded. To credit Rev. Massey as being a reporter is rather farfetched.

Hmmmm...help me. The article I read at the link had no reference to the Obama children !! Now, a poster in the comments made a disjointed reference, but would surely appreciate you cutting and pasting the reference to his children using their names, etc FROM THE ARTICLE.

THANKS for your lecture..I appreciate it. I do, in fact understand all you say, and where you are coming from.

Please give us that sentence or phrase FROM THE ARTICLE that references the two girls. THIS link is the subject, and I think you are over stretching your profound and deep dedication for protection.

Let me see could there be a premise other than the incorrect one in a post above....that my belief is based on the article???

How about we allow tha 20% of the article could be innacurate or suspect?
Still an impressive list!

Is there a recommended site to visit that presents what folks do not like about the Obamas, that is more accurate? Less offensive?

No dog in this portion, but here's what was said, "... where a Kenyan, his illegal alien relatives, and his alleged progeny." (Emphasis added.) No question Massey is casting doubt on the girls being parented by Obama. As I said previously, pure, unadulterated venom (okay, I added the unadulterated).

How about the article that says President Obama, Bigfoot, and The Goatsucker were cavorting at Lake Sumter Landing after dark and will have a drink named for them by redsauce?

That sounds just as plausible as anything in the OP link.

What did I add to twist? You asked for the quote where Massey claimed the girls were not his. I provided the quote. I added the bold simply so you wouldn't miss the "alleged progeny" comment. These were Massey's words. I did not add to them.

Sorry, hit post too soon.

Since progeny means the offspring of an individual, it is hard to imagine the reference is to anyone else but the girls or possibly Obama has some other children we don't know about. And since alleged implies there is some doubt, I'd say the comment by Massey is pretty clear in its meaning. I'd be happy to consider any other logical meaning you can ascribe to this phrase.

My guess is that a lot of the vitriol is from those who can't get over that Romney lost to a*“Black Kenyan socialist Muslim atheist Communist usurper”.

This post has to be from one of the two who always change the subject.

AND...who ever thinks of Obama's race until he brings up stuff about those who "could be his son"?
