You do not know if he was "high" on PCP. The autopsy showed traces of PCP in the blood. Anyhow, it is NOT about the boy. It is all about the cop who fired 14 shots into a wounded person already down on the ground. The dashcam video shows the boy was not a danger to the officer or others when he was laying on the ground. It was murder.

Would any of the retired police on this forum have done that? Of course not.

I also see nobody defending the police officer, just the very uneven coverage of episodes like this. The young man was and is no hero, and neither is the police officer.

That does not mean that ALL young men are bad, nor does it mean that ALL police officers are bad.
