According to your accounting, he was way off. Only 9% goes to the needy and the rest goes to administration. Wow, he was way off...ha,ha.

We can’t vouch for the effectiveness of the programming expenses listed in the report, but it is clear that the claim that the Clinton Foundation only steers 6 percent of its donations to charity is wrong, and amounts to a misunderstanding of how public charities work.

If the Clinton Foundation were controlled by a different group of people the IRS and the FBI would have shut them down and the senior officers of the " Foundation " would be prosecuted .

Someday I hope that someone puts out a detailed study which explains the real reasons the Clinton`s keep getting away with these types of sleazy ongoing practices .
