Since there is only one conservative network, don't you think that is why they are number one? Liberals, which I am not one, have several places to go to get their news. I am suppose to be selfish, because you have only one place to go to get your news Fox News, which is the mouth piece of the Republican National Committee. Maybe, you should get out of your bubble, and view other news stations. You can start with Morning Joe. If you think that Morning Joe is a liberal news program, then you are beyond hope.

Thank you for answering my question. Apparently, Clinton, and Sanders agree on something. They either feel that the moderators wouldn't treat them fairly, or the Fox viewer is entranced in the Republican party that nothing would be gained by appearing on that station.

So, you are the spokesperson for them? Or, since liberals all think the same, they feel that the candidates would get tougher questions than what is their favorite color or how much free stuff are they going to promise? Either way, you seem to think that you have the answer so why bother asking?

The right answer is that they are afraid to answer questions that the voter wants answered. Supposedly, that is the reasoning for having debates. Although, the Democrat debates were hidden and no one was required to answer the moderators' questions. They just went off on a tangent. Same with the GOP debates, except that a couple of the moderators forced them back on subject. Not so with the DNC debates. But, you know who you are going to vote for....then one that promises you the most.

So, FOX is the number one cable news network because they are conservative? OK, maybe you are right. Maybe that is why everyone is watching. But, it might also be that it is number one because they provide news that is skimmed over by the liberal media, if mentioned at all.

As far as watching other news stations, I do. I watch on the average four morning local news stations, and frequently CNN when something important is going on overseas. I enjoy hearing liberals rant about how Hillary is being targeted by the Republicans, and how this country is shifting to socialism to be more like Europe. The reason I sometimes enjoy listening to liberals rant about how hard life is for them, is because I have four successful children that I raised that are doing fine. They are financially stable, patriotic and Christian. Couldn't ask for much more than that. You see, I enjoy listen to liberals cry about how weak they are and how the rich need to provide for them. Because, I won't be around when this country turns totally to socialism. It won't be the U.S. of A. anymore, but that is exactly what liberal deserve. They are too weak to make it on their own. They feel that it is perfectly OK for them to take from the rich. I have news for you, when this country becomes socialist/communist, there will still be the rich. There just won't be a middle class. The poor will be kept by the gov and controlled. And the rich will continue to run the country from the top.

And I have no problem with the rich being rich. I live better because of them. So do the poor and the rest of the middle class. Liberals just don't get it. But, they will. When they get what they have been asking for, they will get it. They will understand. They will understand why everyone wants to be like us, at least before we threw away our initiative, ethics and morals.

I really doubt if you know what "socialist" means. It is not giving food stamps or housing benefits to needy people. Those are "social programs".

It is common sense that , if you have no hope of getting anyone that watches Fox News to vote for you, you don't appear on a debate sponsored by that station. Fox News certainly did bring the candidates back on subject. Trump was so taken back by this that he didn't appear at the last debate. I guess answering questions that he is asked is something that he is not used too. If Trump didn't think that Fox News would treat him fairly, why is it a stretch to think that Clinton, and Sanders wouldn't feel the same way?

Discrimination is against the law. A graduated income tax is not against the law. If it was, don't you think that someone, or some group would have sued the federal government by now, and forced the Supreme Court to rule on it?

If everyone paying the same tax rate is your idea to stop discrimination, should everybody be paying the same property tax no matter what the value of their house is? All speeding tickets should be the same amount no matter how much over the speed limit you were traveling. Car insurance should be the same for everyone no matter what your driving history is. Since communism, and socialism are one in the same, why are the need for two different terms? You fought a communist country not a socialist country. US has social programs, so we are a socialist county. Since socialism and communism are one in the same. Then, the US is a communist country. That is the logic that you are throwing out there. Do you have any idea, what would happen to businesses, if someone try to argue that a graduate tax is discriminatory. You want a flat tax based upon income. The Supreme Court ruled that corporations are people. Businesses get to deducted all their expenses. People don't. We can't deduct what we pay for food, clothing, etc. To be fair, you would have to tax businesses on their sales, or their gross profit before expenses at the individual tax rate. That would probably increase taxes on every business.

Property tax isn't the same for everyone. Businesses are given a break on property taxes to draw them into a city or state. Values of houses aren't revalued very year. Therefore, new construction is going to have a more accurate valuation than an older house. Rate may be the same, but the value isn't.

Taxes to fund programs for the needy aren't the same as donations to the church. No. they aren't. Programs that help the needy will go the needy. There is no guarantee that donations to the church will go to the needy.

Property taxes are the same for all home owners in regards to percentage to value ratio. I am not referring to any tax breaks/incentives given to business. And this has nothing to do with personal income taxes that we were supposedly discussing....before you tried to divert from the original post.

We are not a socialist country, even though you might feel that some of our gov run programs are socialist like. Social Security and Medicare were not socialist. If you did not put into SS, you did not receive from SS. Therefore, it is not considered socialism. If you want an example of a socialist type of service, you should have used the public school system.

If you are naive enough to think that the gov gives to the needy better than the Church, then you are really way out in space. I won't even go into that. I will allow someone else to correct you. Like I said, I do not have patience for the blatantly ignorant that refuse to accept correction.
