So the Dems in certain circumstances believe in secure borders,

NO, the border is to keep people out. This fence at the DNC is to keep the animals from straying away from the slaughter. They have to keep them penned in. They are worried about police assistance since they insulted them by having the mothers of scumbag criminals speak, and not the mothers or wives or children of the Cops that have laid down their lives in service of their country. But, that's liberals for you. Hate a cop until they need one.
