Sounds just like many conspiracy theorists...some truth, but mostly nuts.

Dear Guest: I made disclaimer that Bennett may not have written this piece because I received it in my e-mail from a relative and the piece did not cite an authority. However I do not view this as conspiracy because it is quite obvious powerful people are manipulating Washington lobbyist, etc. As to killing Trump he was receiving so many serious threats he was assigned governmental body guards. If some told you prior to the events that Jack and Bobby Kennedy would have been gunned down would you have believed it? However, I do not see it happening here.

I do agree with the "some truth"because the piece speaks to the realistics of this election and the dynamics surrounding it. Actually I find this whole assorted mess as looney tunes and this nation is better than that

In another thread on Political Talk I responded by saying it was likely that I would do a write-in vote for Mitt Romney both in the primary and the election.

I just read that there is serious talk to place Mitt Romney's name in nomination at the GOP Convention> I pray that happens

Even tough I would vote for Romney if he was to be on the ballot, I doubt it will happen. He could have campaigned, but didn't. If he is nominated after the voters chose someone else at the primary, then I will be very concerned for the Republican party. Romney is not the savior of the GOP. He is too late. Right now, we have to vote for which ever candidate that still remains in the running and hope for the best. If Trump does not receive the vote, he may be honorable and leave it at that. But, if he receives the vote and doesn't receive the nomination from the GOP leadership, then I cannot blame him for being ticked off and running Independent on the general ballot. Of course that would automatically elect a Democrat, but that would also teach the GOP elite not to mess with the process. If Trump runs independent then I will cast my vote for a Republican and then leave the party to affiliate as an Independent. I would not vote for Trump, unless he is nominated by the GOP. I will never vote for a Democrat, since there are none left to vote for. They are all DINOs now (Democrat in name only). They have left their ideology behind and morphed into socialists in the process of becoming communists.

But as much as we like Romney, he is a non-issue so don't waste your time thinking about it.

Definitely you are a Reactionary Republican by saying you would never vote for a Democrat no matter who it was. Socialists? Thank you very much. Jesus would be classified as a socialist by today's standards. Remember that!

It's not the Republicans that need your "wacky tabakky" as you call it. That is a liberal thing. Funny how liberals ALWAYS accuse the right of doing all the things that they fight so desperately for on the left. Next thing you will be doing is accusing us of abortion. Liberals seem to be on acid trips 24/7. The reason that there may be less conservatives on here now is because you trolls have come down to the Villages forum where you don't belong and have succeeded in chasing them away with your juvenile blather and childish name calling. You aren't allowed on the rest of the forums, only the political "anonymous" forum. You are just a small contingent of usually one or two, but run amok like the spoiled children you are. You act like you don't like it on here, but find that no one else will give you the attention that you so childishly need. Well, you got your attention, so why don't you quit embarrassing yourself and go play with kids your own age.

Nice rant! I doubt if us "libruls" have chased many conservatives away. With you saying there are only one or two of us liberals AND me saying there is just the Gang of Three talking to themselves - there are only about FIVE people using the Political Forum. That is funny!

If "we" run amok like spoiled children, then you Reactionaries run amok in the same way with your hatred toward social programs and protected classes of people.

This is a forum for all to express thoughts so do not disparage us free thinkers.

I agree with your post but think we may just have a hand full of nuts that post a lot?

Dear Guest:

This campaign is full of some real surprises and GOP and others are adamant about getting Trump out. So I expect the unexpected

People thought Trump was a fad. They thought his stance on not letting Muslims into the country until we can get things under control was met by hostility from every corner of the nation but he prevails and he dominates
So GOP is at a point of throwing anything at him including the kitchen sink.

My real concern is that with all the focus on Trump I wonder if Hillary is skating by with her e-mail. Benghazi, Clinton foundation for the advancement and enrichment of Clinton and friends.

We need more not less debates because Trump does not fair well in debates
because he can wiggle his way out
