Default Donald Trump's Whitewashing begins.

Trump’s call to ban Muslims from U.S. quietly scrubbed from campaign website after election.

He is going to clean up his act so that he can work with Washington, DC. You will soon see that Donald Trump is just another politician working mostly for his immediate supporters, friends and family.

I doubt if anything will change all that much under Donald Trump.

Keep thinking that. If it makes you more healthy to believe that, then it's OK with me. Hate to see all that worry making one ill.

Politicians have been promising change since there were politicians. Trump looks no different. Obama promised change too which did not happen as did all the Bushes.

Reagan did change stuff but Trump is no Reagan. Quite the opposite of the actual quite worthwhile President. A Republican I might add.

He hasn't been sworn in yet. Although, it appears that he will hit the ground running. There is nothing in Trump's plans that should hurt you. On the other hand, we knew before Obamacare was passed that it was going to hurt America. That is why it did not get any Republican votes.

The left believes that the gov should force the successful to support the less fortunate.
The right believes that it should be voluntary for the successful to assist the less fortunate.

If the left does not like something, they want to ban it
If the right does not like something, they don't indulge it.

give the guy a chance gosh he hasn't even been sworn in yet

Trump his a pragmatist and not an ideologue. he will make the necessary adjustments, compromises etc to get the priority issue of his agenda moving froward. The founder intentional built our system to move slowly and changes to be closely scrutinized. its why a president's fiats are not a good thing always

Personal Best Regards:.

"White washing?"

Sounds kind of racist to me.

What's the origin of the term 'whitewash? - Quora

Whitewash is an inexpensive substitute for paint, made of slaked lime and chalk.

Historically, it was used in barns and housing for the poor.

EVERY 4 years the people fall for the same old crap...I'm going to do this! I'm going to do that! I'll stop this and I'll start that! So you dutifully vote for a D or R.

EVERY 4 years you get screwed again.

Obama promised to screw us during his campaign and everyone on the left, along with the minorities elected him. He did not lie when he said he wanted to fundamentally change America. He said we should be socialist like Europe. He got his way and almost destroyed America. Thanks to his coddling of the criminal element, we now have rioting in the streets of our cities with his blessing.

If Trump gets ANYTHING on his agenda accomplished, it will be a step in a positive direction for America's recovery.

We have already had three days of record stock market levels. Who knows, maybe America just got itself a bit of a vitamin B12 shot.

Dear Guest:

The unfortunate truth is that there is a world of difference between the rhetoric of campaigning to execution of those promises to said political office. They are not all lies. In fact campaign is all about being a show horse which Trump performed especially well

In the world and especially the political world of dynamics things rapidly change. Add to that the slow process of change intentionally designed by our founders and you have a recipe for disappointment by the electorate. Now Trump needs to show he is a work horse and his past shows he can and will

In my view I ignore most of the political promises and focus on the overall make up of the candidate based on his/her past deeds.

Clearly voters were faced with two of the worse candidates to come along in a hundred years .

Many previous presidential candidates had unsavory pasts but recognized they could redeem their legacies by what they would accomplish in office.

Trump's past clearly demonstrated he could overcome adversity, that he was very energetic, confident, decisive, not overly concern by the what others thought. Yet he is a businessman and as such would not through caution to the win. His boasts, lack of detail etc point to a guy who is always negotiating and one has to negotiate from strength and be able to walk away from a deal as a businessman he understands the concept of a completed package handing over such package only when completed knowing others would try and pull it apart.

Trump understands the need to listen to competing voices and will assemble a cabinet, advisors, etc that he has both comfort and confidence in. He will seek their opinions and then he will decide. He has show that he has a great fear and disdain for failure and that is what will motivate him to achieve his goals and promises. If Trump achieves even 50% of what he promised in his campaign he will have succeeded.

Personal Best Regards:

Trump's Muslim ban was back on his website the day after the election, along with all the other garbage. It was reported to be a computer glitch as opposed to being a change in ideology.
