Gay marriage/Supreme Court

It seems as though Clarence Thomas has his panties in a bunch over what he thinks is a done deal with gay marriage on the Supreme Court docket.

Alabama has become the 37th state to allow gay marriages. Civil rights has definitely come of age when Alabama joins in - but not voluntarily.

Pundits are already predicting the outcome of the Supreme Court decision sometime this Springtime will be a 5-4 vote with gay marriage being declared the law of the land. They are also predicting that Justice Kennedy will write the affirmative decision.
