Default Funny ?

I find this guy Joe Biden to be funny, but not so funny since he is next in line for the oval office.....while we spend our time channelling so much toward the ex governor of Alaska, we sort of ignore his antics....

"And we've wondered aloud how this Democratic VP's private meetings with unnamed people on unnamed subjects differs from the private meetings with unnamed people that his evil predecessor had that got so many Democratic senators and representatives worried about nefarious secrets."

"According to the White House schedule, Biden will not spend the remainder of the workday in private meetings that are closed press.

Instead: "The Vice President will spend the remainder of the day in meetings that are closed press."

You get the difference, right ?"

This thread could be a hoot!!!

"Look, John's last-minute economic plan does nothing to tackle the number-one job facing the middle class, and it happens to be, as Barack says, a three-letter word: jobs. J-O-B-S, jobs." --Joe Biden

- On Jan. 31, 2007 -- the day Biden announced his presidential bid -- the Delaware Senator was roundly criticized for calling Obama "the first mainstream African-American who is articulate and bright and clean and a nice-looking guy. I mean, that's a storybook, man."

It's another "hands-off" situation. When then-VP Quayle would flub, the press would broadcast it more times than commercials.

"Hillary Clinton is as qualified or more qualified than I am to be vice president of the United States of America", "Quite frankly it might have been a better pick than me."

Default Automobile Tunnel?

“Look, this is designed, this totally new tunnel, is designed to provide for automobile traffic,” Biden said. “It’s something, as you know, up your way, that’s been in the works and people have been clamoring for for a long time.”

For the record, the tunnel is for trains, and its completion would allow for more NJ Transit trains during peak hours and “one-seat” rides into Midtown Manhattan on lines serving Bergen and Passaic counties. Currently riders on those lines must switch trains.

Keeds, thanks for your post and website links.

We surely did not hold Joe Biden to the same standard of measurement as Sarah Palin.
