You Tea Bag members never seen the Tea Party hats with the tea bags on them? Google "tea party member hats" and you will see plenty of pictures.

Nothing slur about calling it the Tea Bag Party. It would be IF a -ger suffux was added - but that would be crass.

Dear Guest: I have not read once were any member of Political Talk claimed allegiance to the Tea Party. However I have read them pledge to be Republicans.

You mischaracterize the Tea Party or perhaps misunderstand it because they are deeply patriotic a quality missing in today's socialist democrats.

Do you forget the socialist democrats tirade against God in the 2012 Democratic Presidential Convention?

As to rappers and their frequent repetition of the "n" word well again we find an appropriate use of the alinsky term "useful idiots"....and I am certain that there are millions of good black citizens that would agree with that assessment.

So you understand clearly your allegation of being a Tea Party member is a compliment because you are accusing posters of being patriots.....and before you even say it there are wingnuts in every party but none as much as socialist democrats Reid Warren Sanders Obama Pelosi Dodd Frank...........................................

Personal Best Regards:

With your ability to assign derogatory names, what would you call the reporter who wrote this (other than realistic):

The Tea Party is patriotic; therefore, everyone that doesn't walk lock step with them is unpatriotic. Apparently, wanting to help people that are less fortunate than you is a sin of the highest order. The Tea Party members are nothing more than a bunch of noise makers. Their sole goal is to make sure that nothing gets done, and everything this president does is wrong.

Try defending this. The president of the Village's Tea Party wrote an article in the ************** where she stated that "fast track" was an "unconstitutional power grab" by President Obama. Fast track has been used by almost every Republican president, since Ford. It has the support of the Republican party. The second President Obama wants to use it, he violates the Constitution, and should be impeached. That speaks volumes for the Tea Party.

Concerning rappers using the "n" word, they spell it with an "a" at the end not "er". That is suppose to make it praise worthy, and not insulting.

Since I'm not a member of the Tea Party, I don't feel compelled to comment on an unsourced article. However; your comment, which I highlighted, is nothing more than bullshat, and by this time you should know it.

Which party members make more charitable contributions: Republicans or Democrats? - Quora

<snip> One of Brooks's most controversial findings was that political conservatives give more, despite having incomes that are on average 6% lower than liberals.<snip>

The difference is conservatives tend to help by volunteering and donation, while progressives tend to want government to do good with other people's tax money.

Typical diversion tactic 101 taught to the volunteer liberal trolls. By slurring the opposition they think they can divert from the subject. But, this troll does it so clumsily that it's pathetic.

Friend, no one here has stated that they are Tea Party members. I realize that you feel lonely being the only liberal in a conversation with conservatives, but if you are going to hang with adults, then it would be to your advantage to converse like an adult. Rather than attack someone with what you feel is an implied slur. You can label us with "Tea Party members" all you want, because that is more of a compliment than a slur. However, when you use terms/slurs that your party is more comfortable with, and the practices more related to your side, you only embarrass yourself. Folks on here are less likely to converse with you, other than to hush you as they would a child. You don't have to agree with us, but try a less disruptive strategy if you wish to have us take you or your opposing view seriously.

I agree with you concerning the misinterpretation of fast track being used as an unconstitutional power grab by Obama. He has never needed an excuse he just grabs which makes most of what he does "unconstitutional

I believe when it comes to rappers the reason they spell it with an "a" and not an "er" has more to do with their lack of spelling skills. As to their popularity and $$$ attraction its to the very young and inexperienced much like the type that are attracted to the Kardashians.

It definitely looks as though you have been sipping something a lot stronger than tea at your Villages Tea Bag meetings.

At least we are not chugging the serum

Your comparisons are typically radical, and reminiscent of Reid's all or nothing crap that he spews. He is usually wrong and you are wrong here.
If you want to talk about those that get nothing done, ask Reid why he refused to allow House passed bills to be voted upon in the Senate. Never mind, I am sure that you will divert from the question. That's all the talent you radical activists have in regards to political conversation.
I am not a Tea Party member but I do agree with almost all that they advocate. You, on the other hand are ignorant of what they do and only puppet liberal talking points like a mindless parrot.
Obama oversteps the use of his power and let's face it, if not for his color he would have been in prison or cast out a long time ago. At the very least, he would have been shut down. If you ask me there is way too much PC in the gov so that anyone that disagrees with your emperor is labeled a racist. That's too bad, because if he would have been put down like Clinton was early in his term, then maybe they could have come together to get something done constructive instead of destructive. He has been vindictive in his tyranny and peevish like a petulant child.
As far a rappers is concerned, I find it humorous that you answer in your manner. Let me take it a bit further and suggest that they spell the "n" word that way and pronounce it the way the do because their use of ebonics.
I know that if you even consider answering this comment, you will undoubtedly attempt to divert from the subject again, so why bother? Save yourself some energy for those that might be interested in your view.

I am not a member of the Tea Party, never have been a member, never attended a meeting of the Tea Party, and frankly am not that familiar with what they might be for or against except excessive spending.

There is a group of posters on here who use the term TEA PARTY as some ominous and terrible person or group of persons. These people have not one clue as to what the Tea Party stands for, as I do not either, but use this because it is easier for them to disparage people in a group. Sort of like attacking certain groups in the Democratic party if you wish.

These attacks using their term "Tea Party" is what they do in lieu of discussing any issues or doing any reading on anything. It is the lazy mans way so they can tell their little friends that they engage in discussion, when in fact, they simply engage in trolling political board or boards. They post here and on the other TOPIX site saying much the same thing, all of which is uninformed and classless.

These same posters love the use of the term "racist", "bigot" and "hate". These are the crutches of their misguided and uninformed philosophy.

Yes, having a private server for official government use is wrong, but there is a bigger issue here. Can we afford to have a leader of the free world and of the most powerful country in the world who admits that she can not identify top secret material unless it is so identified. It should be self evident to a person in her position. Same old, same old! Clintons are above the law in their opinion. They do not have to follow the rules. The rules are for the little people. The ones she says she wants to "help". Why they feel that way, I do not know, but it seems to be true at least in their warped minds

Guest 08-24-2015 06:19 AM

Hilary is a criminal and should be treated as such. If not for her husband, she would be in jail by now. She says that she didn't know of any classified on her computer, yet she wiped it clean. Sounds like the guy that claims he is innocent of murder after he wipes his gun clean and tosses it in the river. She is no different than the Chicago mob politicians.

There an old "agent" saying, "just because they say it's so, doesn't make it so." "Plain common sense" is never used to indict anyone in a court of law. As a retired Federal Agent who spent many hours and days in Federal Court and Grand Juries, the evidence needs to be 99% sure that Mrs Clinton knowingly and intentionally broke Federal Law. If these emails "did not" have classification markings on them, Mrs Clinton can't be touched. We have to prove she intentionally broke the law. More than likely, she broke State Department rules or regulations that may not be criminal. If the Government had placed classified markings on them...she should be indicted. The Government has specific computers to pass classified documents. Mrs. Clinton can claim none of these emails were passed via classified computers. Therefore, if information is passed to someone by computer and later that information is deemed classified, you can't go back and charge people with failure to handle classified material. A judge just wouldn't allow that in court!

Perhaps the Republicans should spend more time developing policies to help middle class Americans than gravitating towards the fantasyland criminal acts as done by their party in the past to appease their extremist members.

Very sound advice for the current administration and Clinton the candidate!!!
Has the middle class improved the last 7 years?
Has dependancy on food stamps increased the last 7 years? Yes record breaking numbers!
Has the dependancy on welfare programs improved the last 7 years? Yes, here again record numbers.
Has the middle class improved or expanded the last 7 years? Please provide examples.

Are you suggesting the only party that does not have to do what you ask is the one you support?
Real life seems to support that premise!
