Default Graduaism and the effects on freedoms

Government has gotten better in the ensuing years since world War II in their methods of invading our privacy. Additionally, American citizens willingly contribute by supporting Silicon Valley ( ie Apple, Microsoft, Google Facebook, Twitter, etc)

The reason is that the government and these institutions keep a low profile on its invasion of your privacy. For example, when new laws are enacted that further invade our privacy and restrict our liberty, they always without exception give titles to these laws that deceive us into thinking that the new law is for our benefit. People never read the new law, only the misleading title.

( "We have to pass it before we know what is in it")

Privacy is directly linked to personal survival. You can’t survive, and you can’t be private while being totally dependent on the system. A dependent people are a compliant people.

Government must destroy the identity of the individual and subvert him to the mass conscience and collective in order to maintain control by the state. But this must be done gradually. Gradualism is the key. In the 1950's in Easter Europe it was referred to as the salami tactic ( ie one slice at a time

New privacy-stealing technologies become ubiquitous in much the same way. They are promoted and promised to us as a means of simplifying our lives. But when we look behind the curtain we see that not only do they fail to do so, but they work in concert with the government’s efforts to steal more of our privacy, and they restrict our freedoms without us even noticing

" dependent people are compliant people". Which of the two dominate political parties in this nation promote dependency on the government? Which of the two dominate political parties promotes big and bigger government? Which of the two dominate political parties in this nation promotes identity politics and the need for collectives? Which of the two dominate political parties in this nation promote individualism, small government and self reliance.

Your choice of government can be detrimental to your health and survival. American First.

Thumbs down Not just the government

It is not just the government that intrudes on our privacy.

All Internet Service Providers (ISP) have the capability of tracking your activity on the Internet. They sometimes sell this information to advertisers in several ways.

Many of the sites you visit can also reach into your computer for information by depositing "cookies" (sub-programs) that give them access. They argue that you get faster service if you accept cookies.

And, the information you surrender to various cell phone applications is astounding. To begin with, if you use the GPS mapping feature (and sometimes even if you don't) it is possible for your provider to discern your location within a few feet, as well as track where you have been.

But the most intrusive of all can be innocent looking little utility programs that list authorizations you give when you accept the program. It can include:

Your identity, your location, your friends list, your phone list, your e-mail list, your photo gallery, and much more personal information which is handed up by you so you can use the application.

This is incredible at the minimum.

RUBICON has plagiarized and stolen so much and passed it off here as his own it becomes a symptom.

He uses stolen words, then, to pass moral judgement on others.

This has become so often, how can it be an error.

Used to be on this forum, if you plagiarized you were gone forever, but of course we now have the moral patrol preaching to us all, telling us who is bad and good, labeling other Americans and blaming them for everything.

This man has plagiarized, used satire as news, linked (in maybe his only link) to a Russian website. NO problem...he is "well respected, honest" and a really good man.

Yeah CARLINTAMPA, I AM bitter.......these violations of the law are applauded and my attempts at following the rules are mocked, so yeah that tends to make one bitter.

Thanks for pointing this one out. Because he has a habit of stealing and then using it to teach HIS "morals", I had been actually checking but mused this.

You and I who disagree on issues seem to be the butt on here even though we are the ones who practice how this forum was set up.....give links to support your post.....NEVER EVER PLAGARIZE....yet because we happen to feel that our President should be honest and forthright, we are mocked with obscenities and hate.

I ave a good friend in PA who sort of work is with radical website....going to as him if he ever heard of TOTV in his travels as an extreme white nationalist site, because that is where it seems to be.

I sit in amazement at people like Rubicon who label, using their own criteria and then accuse those they labeled. They, the Rubicon's, of course are never at fault.

So much judgement being passed with no substance...so much support of just hate, not issues.

Their best weapon is with the "dependent people are compliant people" movement. People who cannot or will not be self reliant easily can become slaves of their government. Socialism in every country has proven it to be a fact.

People willingly give it up. They detail their lives on facebook, post pictures of all their friends, and their phone tracks their every move.

The government knows EVERYONE who was carrying a cell phone at any given time or place. When something happens, they get everyone who was in the area from the cell providers.

Why does a flashlight app NEED all those permissions? Because NOTHING is free.

So why do you want more? Healthcare for all. Welfare for all. Education for all. We're socialist for everyone but white males who are the ONLY independent thinkers and producers out there... Oh...and scheduled extinction. White males will be down around 10% of the population in the not too distant future. 60% Hispanic, 15% black, 5% Asian, 20% white with half of that being women. America is doomed for that reason alone. White males drive invention and expansion. They took over the planet, gave it western civilization, and made all the fancy technology you enjoy today.
