Yes, I would be more fearful of people driving cars past the time they should give it up. Taking keys away from a parent or spouse is a terrible thing. It makes them feel useless. I imagine most of us had to do that with parents sometime. Someday, it will happen to us, too.

Ageism? I stated there are lots of old geezers who get drunk on thier cheap drinks and drive thier golf carts while drunk. These geezers should be locked up. What is the problem with that? Do you want them driving drunk in thier golf carts?

I also said that the old vets gather to relive thier glory days in the miltary - even though those glory days were 50 or 60 years ago. How many of these old vets went into the service on thier own volition? Not many, I guess.
