Went to the site you posted BK, out of curiosity, and dug into the archives. Looking at late Jan, Beck did have 3.9 mil viewers and saw O'Reilly w/ 4.2 mil. What wayne doesn't mention is most viewership is down. Maybe nice weather, travel, summer activities? Hard to tell without full analysis over similar time periods. Trends are more informative than spot checks. But then, I guess you only use what you need to back up your argument, especially if ALL the FACTS don't back up your position.

Waynet, here's one of my many problems with Media Matters. Where in that link is a link to the Neilson ratings. I looked and don't see one.

Since you find Media Matters a reliable source, what do you think of the Media Matters' response to Beck's show from Monday that we were discussing on this thread?

#1. I feel sorry for you if you cannot recognize YODA have his tongue planted firmly in cheek and addressing the audience of which you appear to be a member....that is a shame !

#2. Didnt go to your link, dont care what Beck's numbers are and again....try to lose the hateful attitude...read other things except those that make you feel good, like KOS, and learn a bit. Try the NY Times..they lean a bit left....try other sources....there is a whole other world out there with facts and all that dumb stuff !

The Left and Media Matters have been remarkable quite about Beck's show on Crime Inc., Soros, big oil and Petro-Bra(zil). Obama and Soros are probably glad they had McChrystal as a distractor.

RL, I kind of like the site posted by BK for looking up the numbers. TvbytheNumbers. Hard to navigate but you can eventually get into the archives to see the Neilsen numbers for most dates. In the search you have to enter "Cable News Ratings for (day of week), (month, day)". Wish they would just give you a calendar to pick from. according to the posts, Glenn did have almost 4 mil in late January and is down under 2 mil last week. So are a lot of others down though. Like I stated previously, trends mean more than spot checks anytime. Like the old adage; Figures don't lie but liars figure.

I think I've found my "home" on TOTV!!!!

I LOVE GLEN BECK and I DVR his show everyday. I am also an "extreme" member and watch his radio show whenever I am able to do so....which is not as often as his cable show. He is highly intelligent and a very deeply concerned with the welfare of our country.

He is far superior to anyone else on News cable today (as well as talk radio)....and it is obvious that he is a threat to the Progressives ....otherwise....why would they spend so much time trying to discredit him?

I have been skimming the posts, not able to read them all tonight, but to whomever posted that they DVR almost every show on Fox starting with Cauvato....we sound like kindred spirits....I too "skip over" SS.......!!!

I hope all GB fans on this site are aware of his "Restore America" project and can either attend or support it with a donation.

Glad to find several politically like-minded posters on this forum. Do any of you reside in TV?
