If Obama was, is or could be a Muslim
There have been numerous posts here surrounding the Muslim issue.
So I wondered....What would happen if Obama was elected and he turned out to once have been a Muslim or suddenly converts to Islam? Would he try and subject us all to Islamic Law? Would I have to wear a burka? Or maybe a head scarf? Would he pass out IED's to Islamic Militants? Just exactly what are we supposed to be afraid of? |

However, after spending 20 years under the religious tutelage of a Black Liberation Theology pastor, I would suspect that Mr. Obama has some Black Liberation Theology leanings. That racist life philosophy could be worse for this nation than merely being a Muslim. To address your question: I will speculate that with an Obama presidency we will move a little sooner to a more constrictive practice of political correctness that will erode some of the freedoms of speech, press, and expression we now take for granted. It will be increasingly difficult, for example, to express concern about terrorist threats or suspicious individuals. Minority religions like Islam will achieve much greater status through accommodation in the public square and will be granted more rights than Christianity is currently allowed. We will see what can be called a religious denominational version of affirmative action where "minority" religions are given preference. The implications can make your "tongue in cheek" examples seem trivial by comparison. Unfortunately, even without Barack as president, we will see this trend due to the bullying tactics of many Muslim organizations. He will just accelerate the accommodation. |

I would hope that our system of government with the 3 equal branches would be able to with stand any challenge to religious freedom no matter who was President. The threat of terrorism is great, we can and will be hit again but we must never ever allow the threat to rule our lives...if we do that then the terrorists win. After 9/11 I had to go to Europe every piece of clothing right down to my shoes and socks had an American flag on them. It was my way of saying I will NOT allow you to scare me. Have a good weekend. |

The People Obama Chooses to Help Lead the Nation...
Here are some additional likely consequences of an Obama presidency: The People He Chooses to Help Lead the Nation...
"Peggy Shapiro, writing in American Thinker, says Obama's Muslim Outreach Coordinator, Mazen Asbahi, resigned in August after only ten days in his position, when it was revealed that he had ties to groups associated with the Muslim Brotherhood. However, there is a question whether Asbahi has actually left. "Asbahi's official stint on the Obama team ended when it came to light that he was one of six trustees of Allied Asset Advisors Funds, a "subsidiary of the North American Islamic Trust (NAIT) and an advisor to the Dow Jones Islamic Fund. Both NAIT and Dow Jones Islamic Fund fall under the umbrella of Islamic Society of North America (ISNA). NAIT, which owns nearly a third of all U.S. mosques and Muslim centers, many funded by the Saudi government, advocates a radical form of Islam. "In a report annotated by almost 500 sources, the Global Muslim Brotherhood Daily Report concludes that ""ISNA was created in the matrix of early organizations design to propagate Saudi/Muslim Brotherhood fundamentalism throughout the world... ISNA and its key leaders have a disturbing record of association with organizations and individuals that are accused and/or convicted of providing assistance to terrorist organizations as defined by the U.S State Department... The largest body of evidence concerning these associations relates to ISNA's support of the Palestinian terrorist groups Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad." "As with his other radical associations (William Ayers, Samantha Power, Reverend Wright), Mazen Asbahi may be quietly waiting behind the scenes to resume his place when the election is over. Investor's Business Daily reports that Asbahi "has not stopped working on behalf of Obama." They quote the "former" coordinator as saying that, "despite his official exit he was still "110%" behind Obama and that he was participating in campaign conference calls on Muslim outreach." Leaving the campaign was a "strategic decision," according to Asbahi. "Associates who unnerve, if not terrify, most Americans may be temporarily put aside for "strategic" campaign purposes, but who will be influencing the course of the nation if there is an Obama Whitehouse and the President is finally up front?" Quoted from "The Obama File.com" |

I can't stop. I feel like I haven't even scratched the surface. There is so much out there about Obama's unfortunate radical associations that are likely to be cemented in place after he is elected. The tranquil shot will only energize me. |

Is he the Ford F-100 truck that has delivered the goods in the past and can be reasonably estimated to do the same, or is he this year's Edsel, complete with the same hype and promise? I don't care if he's Christian, Jew, Hindu, Muslim, Druid or Lunatic (one who prays to the Moon, as opposed to the "popular" interpretation). With no track record to speak of, he's a gamble. The question is how much of a gamble? That's why the experience question keeps coming up. |
