Chelsea....touch'e....but how right wing can it be when some of his debunking uses links to MSNBC as the source for facts that debunk the lies? Of course you would have to actually read the Martin link to realize that.

I have actually read the link and I will stipulate that there are lot of lies out there about Sarah Palin, just as there are about Senator Obama. But, so far, I've heard one, ONE, speech from her and with everyone yelling for issues, for the McCain campaign to not permit her any one on one interviews, I smell a rat. I'd love to hear her positions on the issues, but right now, all I see her as is a tabloid joke. The McCain campaign can correct this, but thus far they have chosen not to. :dontknow:

I am thinking she might be fabulous...as a politician that is....however....doesn't mean we have to vote on her side of the fence! We can agree with policies or people from both sides....but when it comes down to the issues....we will have to WAIT for the debates....thus far I am still with Obama!!

If the TOTV admin thinks we had a lot of political postings....wait till the debates!!!

This is so true! TOTV has exploded with myriad posts about Gov. Palin. Whether I agree with the viewpoints expressed or not, I always find the theads interesting and educational. TOTV has a lot of wise political pundits as members.

I'm going to have to devote at least 8 hours a day to TOTV after the debates. :dontknow: I'm in the middle of moving houses, but I just know I'll be glued to the computer instead of packing. I love reading political views ... bring the debates on! :clap2:

Chelsea, Muhammad Ali used to do something called a "rope a dope". He would feign fatigue, lean on the ropes as if he was done and when the opponent moved in for the kill, he would spring to life and beat his challenger into defeat.

Palin's front man suggested she wasn't going to do media interviews. Today, they announced at least three in the next week. The first is with ABC.

It's political theater at its best. The network news people are beating down her door for interviews. Would they if she was the one seeking the interviews. She has now been positioned to pick and choose what she wants to do. It shows the fickleness and rating driven motivation of network media. Barack who?

Whether by design or accident, I believe the former, she is in the eyes of the media, the new star on the block and....if I was a betting man, I would say she will blow their doors off in the interviews because expectations have been so reduced by her detractors and she has a style and charismatic presence that is camera friendly (not a sole criteria for President but very helpful) akin to Bill Clinton's and yes, I believe she is Clintonesque in her television projection and appeal.

The Palin "rope a dope" has been engaged.....what remains is the kill.

As I mentioned yesterday, and i know you read my posts, Palin is scheduled for several ONE on ONE interviews. Please get your FACTS straight.

And chels you say" we cant see into her heart" about Hillary but you and cassie think you can see into Palin and her daughters.

I do not have the slightest inclination to look into Sarah Palin's heart. I would like to hear her on the issues. Any issues. Pick an issue Sarah! Say something!

Keep me posted on those interviews Benj. I just hope the McCain campaign is not cherry picking the interviewers. Also, as far as the daughter goes, it's not about the daughter herself, it's about Palin's stand on no abortion's, even in cases of rape or incest. I adamantly oppose this position. (BTW that's the ONLY issue I've heard anything about from her and that came out due to her daughter's pregnancy.)
