Ironic: AZ victim arrested for threatening Tea party
It is reported he took a picture of the tea party president and said... Your dead.
As he was being removed witnesses say he yelled at the audience that they were whores. He was taken for Psychiatric evaluation and misdemeanor charges are pending. It is sad. |

It is sad, YET we dont have many threads discussing our media who are, it would appear in this case, to be responsible ! |

Except for you and me, Bucco, it's awful quiet on that subject.

A lot of folks ON HERE as well as otherwise, still talking about the very bad people with the bigmouths on the right but not much about the media who creates them....funny isnt it. All those who have lectured you and me and all of us on how we are to talk (done while calling people names) are mute IF the press is playing this game ! I suppose it simply serves their purpose and thus as the elite, it is perfectly ok, and if I sound a bit sarcastic and upset...I AM ! VERY VERY TIRED of the lectures...VERY TIRED OF the character killing while talking against that sort of thing. |

The MSM is just an arm of the left. Along with acadamia and Hollyweird. It is very frustrating. The odds are stacked against us, but I keep hoping. The good news is that with the internet and talk radio we can get our message out now. Twenty years ago you only heard what the media wanted you to hear and with their slant.

I just wanted to clarify that the reason I said it is sad is that we may have another mentally ill person involved in this tragedy.

I wonder if it was really a threat. I mean, he snapped the picture and said "you're dead" - not "you're going to die" or "we're going to get you". He said it present tense. I think any lawyer with two brain cells to rub together is going to come up with a defense that it was not a threat but a demonstration - kind of like when soldiers are training for a mission under simulated conditions, something goes wrong and the DI says "you're dead". This guy may have wanted to make a demonstration to that Tea Party leader that it could have just as easily been him getting shot with a gun instead of a camera because the discussion *had* turned to gun ownership.
For what it's worth, death threats are pretty common - heck, I've had my life threated a couple of times and I'm nobody. It seems every time someone gets shot the subsequent investigation shows that there were a plethora of death threats in the timeframe leading up to the shooting. The key is to know who's real and who's not - and that is NO easy task. |

For what it's worth, the more I read, the more unstable this guy sounds:
http://nymag.com/daily/intel/2011/01...at_arrest.html He says Giffords was living under constant fear and threat. Umm.. Isn't that for *Giffords* to say? Maybe her husband would be "in the know" enough to make that statement, but this guy? |
