I really believe for a number of reasons that job growth will just stop for a bit !!

Obama will raise your taxes directly or indirectly just a few examples
a "cadillac tax" on high cost plans, an individual mandate tax on americans who Do NOT purchase government approved health, an increase in the 7.5% AGI floor for medical expenses deductions to 10%, limits on flexible spending accounts in cafeteria plans, increased penalties for nonqualified HSA distributions, restrictions on health savings accounts, health reimbursement accounts and flexible spending accounts, a tax on tanning services, an employer mandate tax, a sales tax on medical devices, a tax on health insurance premiums, a tax on prescription drugs, a tax on insured and self insured health plans and on and on.
bottom line Doctors will leave practices, Employers will not hire because of health care laws, government will control you cradle to grave as Obama is aiming for, you Will have Medical rationing (and that's you Mr and mrs Senior citizens) long waits for surgeries, etc... Your losing your freedoms, your losing your choice, your losing access to the best healthcare system in the world. Are you beginning to get the picture??? Probably NOT Mr Obama wants government control - TOTAL CONTROL - That's what Dictators like this Socialist in Chief will accomplish if re-elected.

First of all; you've called it a "fine", when InJustice Roberts has rewritten the Bill in order to classify it a "tax". It's a tax, now.

Second, in this Obamaconomy, where are the employees going? To other employers who are doing or probably will be doing the same thing as not carrying employee health insurance becomes de rigueur and standard practice?

I'm under the impression that everyone must be insured in this new Obamareality.

That I heard, but what does it say about a waiter that has worked 4 weeks in a Tavern in Detroit? When does responsibility kick in for the small business owner? or does it? Folks here are using that old weepy small business thing abuse. Just want to know some facts.

Thank you for your prompt response listing these taxes. The only one I see that applies to me is the tanning tax. That could be the reason Speaker Boehner doesn't like this bill. Too bad, Chief Justice John Roberts, the Republican George W Bush appointee, voted with the liberals making it 5-4.

They will have to do a golfing tax to get that rascals money ;)
