That's a good idea about truth, but that is all in the beholder. On a political forum, posters basically submit either links, statements of fact or opinions. Similar to a commentary. Surely, you don't expect every post to be direct quotes from news sources, when there is a gathering of folks to discuss current political events?
Your attempt at being civil is respected, and I have attempted to copy that on many occasions, to no avail. Some folks, usually trolls persist in agitating in their misery.
Posting can be civil but I doubt you will ever hear a political opinion based solely on fact. Where do you get such facts, from the news? What makes that accurate?
This is a discussion. Someone presents a point and others discuss it.
Have a great day, Rocky......even if you are not a real conservative....;^)

Really? The truth is in (the eye of) the beholder?
How about the inner city violence, the record numbers of black committed crimes? What happens in neighborhoods when black move in. What happens to schools when blacks start attending. These are ALL facts that are more than "in the eye of the beholder".
Yet, when confronted with these irrefutable facts, you call those pointing out these truths...racists. Why? You ASK for truth and then condemn those who speak it. Why?
Where do I get MY facts? From my own eyes. That inner city slum IS real. The blacks who live there ARE violent. They DO commit much more crime than whites. It IS unsafe in their neighborhood and it is safe for EVERYONE in ours. Schools DO decay when the black population gets too high. Neighborhoods DO decay when the black population gets too high. They bring violence and misery everywhere that "diversifies".
These are ALL facts...yet I'm a racist because I repeat them and I don't want them around because of their actions that I've just described.
