If you want to ban guns then at least use the example that best describes the "gun problem", minority gang members in the inner cities kill many thousands a year. Many are never reported, the body dumped and nobody cares or misses them outside the gang. There is where the "gun problem" really exists. Why don't you use that as your example? It doesn't "fit" your "equality" meme?

Yes, it would. The areas of our country that have the strictest gun laws have the highest rate of gun related deaths. Countries such as the UK have higher knife related murders than we do, therefore it is safe to say that when they don't have guns, the substitute is also lethal. And last year the UK had anti-knife campaigns going. Then it will be bats, etc. You can't get rid of violence by getting rid of any potential weapon. You lower the chance of being a victim of violence by allowing each citizen the choice to defend themselves, and have strict enforcement of laws with strict penalties for violating those laws.

You lower your chance the MOST by staying as far away as possible from "minorities"...that is a simple FACT. The less diverse an area, the less violent it is...that's a FACT.

Strict enforcement would mean 90% of the minority population would be locked up, that's racist. Too expensive too.

He is neither conservative nor liberal, but claims to be libertarian. I just ignore him and he usually runs out of steam eventually and moves on. He's probably a lonely person and feels the need for interaction with others but is too afraid of running into a minority to leave his home. I do not believe that we should all go away and allow him the satisfaction of closing down the forum any more than that one libtard that insists on immature baiting. We can still have a decent discussion if we just skip over both of their posts and continue on. This is a very important election cycle and we should be able to speak bluntly without going into racist rants.

As for your link above... It's demographics. Women and minorities have increased their percentages in universities through affirmative action and quotas. White men went from being a majority to a minority. The majors have changed from STEM to the humanities and women's/minority's studies. It's demographics.

Besides, our educators and educational system is now #17 in the world. Not the best any more.

Sure...affirmative action and quotas...that's why there are more women and minorities than white men. It's the ONLY reason. Only 5% of affirmative action "students" graduate. Only 25% make it past the first year. It's literally a wasted slot.

Schools are liberal because they're full of women and women are liberal. They can afford to be. When things get bad, they can marry and have a husband take care of everything. They can pop out a kid and automatically qualify for up to $60,000 a year in welfare benefits.

Give me examples, not ONE isolated incident...where they are the BEST. I admit they excel in sports because that is closer to their roots. They RARELY excel in intellectual or management endeavors.

Give me the black Einstein, the black Rockefeller, Hearst, JP Morgan, etc. If a black is famous, it's for doing something for blacks, rarely anything else.

You'll come back with Eli Whitney, cotton gin, did HE invent it? Doubtful. But mechanization DID end slavery, it wasn't anything else. No noble cause. Machines did 10X the work without complaining.

There is nothing to convince a sane person that we are equal. They were "discovered" as stone age, no wheel, no written language, cave men. In Africa many still do. That's what they turn even modern housing into, shells, huts. They live in squalor everywhere they're left to their own devices.

I wish I was a legend, maybe then I could get through to you. No, I just woke up a few years ago, when I retired, I had the chance to think, about different things. What I found was disturbing. Like the fact that from age 6 down THEY are the majority. You have NO IDEA what a profound, what a devastating, change is coming. No idea. Life as we knew it, will end.

Tell that to your grandchildren. Remind them of how great the good old days were...but they won't get any of that. Grandpa and Grandmas generation thought it "fair" to give the country away to those less fortunate. So they stopped having kids themselves and imported about 50 million Hispanics to do it for them. We convinced ourselves this would never happen. We thought they'd assimilate, blend right in. We didn't know they'd take over.
