Anonymity stops the heckling and abuse by the fervent opposers. People can't calmly discuss some issues. They resort to name calling, threats. Usually liberals are the most virulent.

E.O.s in themselves are not as important as what they say. A president can sign a thousand E.O.s regarding appreciation days, days of prayer, etc. We were speaking of E.O.s regarding the contradiction of law. And Obama has done it. Many times, he has done it. I said, I bet he has done it more than any other president, and that was in relation to his E.O.s going to the Supreme Court for a decision on whether or not they were constitutional.

I never said anything about the amount of E.O.s in total as compared to other presidents. Has there ever been another president that has had so many controversial E.O.s, other than possibly Carter or Clinton? And that is just a guess.

Has any other president had a congress that promised to not pass anything he proposed or promised to make him a one term president on his first day in office?

But that's the thing...they get their way. They cry and make so much noise, screaming it's "hateful", "racist", whatever, so loudly that the post gets deleted.

They get things censored. The truth gets censored.

You have my question mixed in with posts from others. not that it matters

Prior to the 2012 election, all posters used their screen names, and there was a red button to press to report offensive posts. The moderators spent all their time responding to these offensive posts complaints, (mostly about the gang of six), so they said screw them, we'll just shut the whole thing down and shut it down they did.

When political reopened the following year, it was under the condition that no names be used and the red button was removed.

And unfortunately they removed the most valuable attribute of the fromer forum....the ignore button!!!!

And the biggest mistake of all allowing the previously banned, aggrivating, contrarian, disresprctful few who act and speak like they know something as demonstrated by the above quoted post.
