Oh, and when my next door neighbors car was stolen on broad day light, by two black guys in a white neighborhood, less than two miles from their headquarters....only took 90 minutes for them to arrive (never did find the car). Just about EVERYDAY we hear another story. And, the "innocent" ones are just as complicit as they protect the guilty ones. I, for one respect very very few of them. Most of them are alcoholic low self esteem power mongers on a mission. :ohdear::ohdear::ohdear: |

Hardly. The democratic club was protesting Scott when the Sumter County Sheriff's Office escorted them out of the square. One of our frequent posters was there and was physically removed. |

Most cops are really, really good examples. And to the idiot that claims a cop used excessive force, what do you know about how much force it takes to get the job done? A cop has to protect himself from harm, as well as innocents. If a perpetrator breaks the law he has no expectation of a kid glove treatment. Maybe if there was more street justice allowed, there would be less crime. Because we know that the judges are predominantly lenient on the scumbag guilty. And you may be "tired" of the cops, but some of us are tired of you scumbags that talk stupid. Why don't you volunteer to ride along and see what it's like to be a cop. Because you are a very protected loser. |

Seen them lie, in person in court (despite what the video showed...seems like Marion County eh?). Then, they get their unions to protect them, time and again. I have also seen more than one cop OD on drugs they pull off of "bad guys". Seen them steal drugs (with nurses assistance) from hospitals. But, for the most part all they do is terrorize traffic. One would think that a cop would want to be VISIBLE and cause traffic to slow down. But, it is far more profitable for them to hide and cite. Then, they wonder why it is that where I was working last - we did NOT allow them into the employee area and people who were "in custody" were guarded by the hospital security - NOT the police (Jail guards were the exception as they did not carry weapons). |

Now that you have disparaged the COPs, I bet you will start on the honorable military members. I would be lying if I said I pitied you or felt sorry for you. Obviously, you had everything given to you as a child and still complain about not receiving enough love from your parents. Do us all a favor and complain to someone that will care. They have hotlines set up especially for people like you. Now, go sleep it off. |

Wouldn't liberal bullies be considered an oxymoron?

[QUOTE=Guest;1235742]That is a misconception. The facts prove that ALL people are NOT equal, therefore the whole premise is moot. Equal rights are only attributed to those within a certain group, based on a criteria. Opportunities are only as good as those that are equipped to handle the task. So, a better way of putting the age old misquote, is to say that all people deserve to be treated with equal respect. But the caveat on that is IF they have not abused that right.
Technically, no two people are equal. They may have been given equal opportunity based on the minimum standards but each will advance themselves according to their ability and motivation. A non-citizen does not have equal rights of a citizen. Laws do pertain equally, but rights are not equal. A short person cannot go on certain amusement park rides. Underage persons cannot purchase alcohol Underage persons cannot vote Underage persons cannot drive I agree: As to all people deserve to be treated with equal respect I'd also agree except that the first order of business is that people must first earn other people's respect But what illogical illiberals demand are equal outcomes and safe spaces. They actually believe they can create a risk-free world Personal Best Regards: |

That is the real world. That's logical, isn't it? To see the world as it its? It doesn't matter your party or beliefs. |
