Concerning unions, the number of union jobs on private sector is ^.&% in 2013, and it has gone down from there. Unions are the major reason companies are moving overseas. American unions membership declines as public support fluctuates | Pew Research Center

Did you agree with percentage, because I screw up? That should 6.7%.

I knew what you meant. I was agreeing with the theory that unions priced labor so high that business moved overseas. I have been saying that for many years.

This country had its best years financially, employment ect. when the unions had power. Then ronald broke the traffic controllers strike and showed the companies how to "put their employees in place." You can see where that go us.

Yes, it proved that unions were no longer necessary. They're not. We have federal laws protecting employees. Unions are just financing the mob. Proof that they are no longer needed is the fact that the percentage of membership is so low compared to the overall employment.

Hard to accept as a Republican quote when the source was never identified.

Who needs a quote??? Bumper sticker in TV this afternoon "Keep GOD in America" and how could you miss all the "Keep Christ in Christmas and "He is the reason for the season."

I'm sure you have seen those.

You don't even make sense. What does this have to do with the unauthored quote of the OP?

Are we to also consider your statement that those bumper stickers are solely the property of Republicans? I have been told many times on here, when I suggested that it is inconceivable that a liberal is a Christian and was told that I am wrong. So, by that reasoning, your comment is wrong also. Those bumper stickers could be the property of liberals...............probably not.

Actually, don't bother answering. I am bored and just wasting time right now. No offense, but I am not even interested in your reply.

"conservatives used to espouse clear and consistent values, one of which was an impatience with the so-called culture of victimization. But in recent years, who has cried “victim” more than they? To hear them tell it, they are a people perennially under siege from a “War on Christmas,” a “War on Whites,” a “War on Males,” political correctness, same-sex marriage and, of course, that old standby, liberal media bias."

So you're saying there is no “War on Christmas,” no “War on Whites,”( white priveledge), no “War on Males,” no such thing as political correctness, same-sex marriage (Hillary endorsed DOMA) and no liberal media bias."?

You be-clown yourself, sir.

Jesus is the Reason for the Season of Christmas. This from a moderate Democrat.

Most Senators and Representatives are church goers. Or temple goers. Or even mosque goers.

And the not so funny part of it all? We the people keep right on re-electing the same incompetents......Obama in 2012 being the platinum case study in stupidity of American voters.

Thank you. Yes, you can always tell a Republican by those bumper stickers. And what really irks me, is that they are usually out on route 466 in the left lane going about 5 miles underneath the speed limit, obviously with their head in the clouds, and everybody else has to drive around them. I don't know if they are just clueless or if they are thoughtless, but they are annoying for sure

Yep, unlike the Clintons Republicans generally obey the law. And yet, you have those liberals that think that laws are only for the non-elite. I've seen people like you that blow through stop signs and tell everyone that they are optional or treated the same as yield signs. Have a great day and next time you get behind me, blow your horn to let me know you are there. I have a surprise for you.

I don't usually make fun of typing errors, because I make them all too often. However, this is a good one. I think that you missed a comma. Are there really Clinton Republicans? If they are, they surely are well hidden.

My guess is you meant to say, "Yep, unlike the Clintons, Republicans generally obey the law."
