Would you suggest a minimum IQ, or another intelligence test, or current events exam to qualify to vote?

In answer to my own post; I would have people sit in a voting booth and before they vote they would have to answer a single question. Has your vote been in any way influenced positively or negatively by a television, print, or radio advertisement? An answer in the affirmative would activate an ejection seat and the hopeful voter would be catapulted from the polling site.

re ? #1 - i think the country has already been down that road and it didn't last.

re your response to ? #1 - too funny for words! :)

I will research to verify and if this is true about Romney, Obama has my vote.

Here is just one of many links you will get if you google 'Romney supports personhood amendment'. Read the conversation Romney had with Mike Huckabee on Huckabee's TV show.

If Mitt Romney gets elected, that means there will be a wave of republicans elected from coast to coast, probably holding the house and taking the senate. Most of those tea party types are more stringent than Romney and will be even more in favor of restricting women's rights. Just look at what has been happening at the state level in the past two years...1100 laws proposed in 2011 and well on the way to surpassing that number this year. Remember all the state-madated vaginal-probe laws passed by republican legislatures?

another poltical assumption intended to scare the begeesus outta independent voters! hooey!

eweissenbach the measurement would not be intelligence quotient but rather their emotional quotient and based on what passes as presidential criteria the fail/pass ratio is well....................

You don't like babies?

That's pretty repulsive in my opinion.

(I know.......you're just upset to see a picture of what liberals feel is OK to terminate for any reason..........I can't blame you, really)

It makes you wonder how Mitt Romney could support a woman's right to choose when he ran for the senate in 1994 against Ted Kennedy.

at least he has learned the error of his ways and has evolved to see a better light. evolving is good - right?

There's a very good reason why Mitt the Twitt (as the Brits call him) is a flip flopper. Which is something all the other R candidates pointed out many, many times during the primaries.

Mitt the Twitt trying to flip flop his way to the top.

Guest 07-29-2012 08:23 PM

If someone were to make a remark about the President using this kind of language, sarcasm and ridicule, would it be considered racist ?

Guest 07-29-2012 08:29 PM

Personally, I think it was disgraceful for the Brits to call the presumptive Republican Nomineee Mitt the Twit.

It was also not very nice of the Brits to say that Mitt the Twit was worse than Palin !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
