Please note that I did not say hate, seems to be a hang up for you. And I did say I would tolerate them. This takes the wind out of what ever point was intended, however it is what I said not what you want it to say.

The important point to be made is what I intended.........not a convenient re-statement thereof!

Oh, so you will "tolerate" the deviants? You just just don't get it.

Guest 09-20-2015 12:15 PM

Since I tolerate but don't condone, I am NOT a bigot. But, if it makes you feel better to make false accusations, then be juvenile and point at me.

Deviant behavior = Differing from a norm or from the accepted standards of a society.

If you have problems with the English language, blame your teacher.

Obama is Muslim by being the son of a Muslim. He is Muslim by birth, whether he practices his faith or not.

By the way, NO Christian faith and/or most other religions condone the gay lifestyle and it is considered DEVIANT behavior. When you attempt to convince people that the lifestyle is accepted by the majority, that is just not true. It is tolerated as law. Gay marriage in many states was voted in a referendum vote as defined "one man and one woman." North Carolina is an example. The supreme court decided to create their own laws, so they made deviant behavior a civil right.
What is done, is done but don't try to convince anyone that the lifestyle is normal. It isn't. Obama is just like the rest of the gays, trying to force the church to endorse a deviant and Biblically unaccepted practice.
Like I said before, Christians were taught to love the sinner and hate the sin. That's why we tolerate but don't condone.

Liberals love to use baiting, agitating and offensive terms like hate, bigot, racist, and sexist when someone doesn't agree with them. If you don't accept our opinion then move to a country that will accept your way. Oh, that's right, there aren't any.

I agree ...at some point if liberals really think this Judeo Christian culture (ie what hasn't yet been destroyed) is so rotten, oppressive, mean, racist blah blah blah ... really, just move. Get your sorry a** on a plane and go to Denmark, or Egypt, or Greece, or Syria or Germany ...wherever you think you'll be happier. We will ALL be happier once you do that. I'll even pitch in a few dollars to help you ... as long as you turn in your US Passport when you leave.

The reason I called this poster a bigot is because he/she referred to gay people and right to lifers as weirdos and said the Pope would be offended by them. Additionally the poster showed intolerance and hatred of Muslims, even referring to the President of our country as being a Muslim. Even if he was, which he isn't, why would that be a big deal? Only a big deal if you hate Muslims, and are a bigot. One last thing: If being called a bigot bothers you so much, you are always free to stop being one. You might want to try acting like the Christian you purport yourself to be. Otherwise I am going to continue to call people like you what you are. And what you are is a bigot.

You must have a reading comprehension problem. I didn't see anything that indicated that the poster hates Muslims. I guess you read into it, just like the way you assumed him/her to be a bigot. I noticed another post somewhere that mentioned that if Obama was born of Muslim parent, then he would be Muslim by birth. So, I guess his/her statement would be correct in assuming Obama to be Muslim.

You really should do a bit of research before trying to use big words like "bigot" if you don't know that meaning. You embarrass yourself.

All you need to do is look in the mirror to view who it is that not only does not get it, but shuts out any dialogue that is not in line with the one in the mirror.

Certainly narrows down how much one is able to discuss....does it not!

Speaking of deviants ....Liberals need to recognize that Islam endorses this type of sexual perversion and violence. It's in their "holy books" but most people don't have a clue so they prattle on about Islamophobia and other idiotic concerns.. Anyway, this seems pertinent to the thread.

Traditionalist v New Normal

President Obama's act of being inclusive will be viewed by the pope as a really good thing. If the pope were to be offended it would be by the unchristian like comments I've read on this thread. You people have this smug attitude as though you're better than others and yet you are so far off track it is unbelievable. It is really sad that someone who is obviously a bigot could refer to themselves as pure of heart. Ugh!

Dear Guest:

Your judgmental and misinformed comments are exactly why understanding can never be reached.

For instance you refer to me as a bigot. However you either are not aware or ignore that when two people are on different philosophical planes they simply cannot agree. Because I do not agree with homosexuality does not mean I am a bigot. But people like you use that tactic as if it were a valid argument but clearly amounts to nothing but name calling because you have no valid argument.

Secondly you make a mistake of equating my disagreement with my Christian faith when in fact my feelings are based on nature's plan for continuation of a species. the natural order is man woman = new born.

Thirdly, you ignore the break down in social order stemming from homosexuality. This is especially true in military units where trust and cohesiveness are vital. This is why gay organizations are utilizing useful idiots like Hollywood to push making homosexuality as being normal and hence socially acceptable...enter an abundance of gay characters and gay sex so people get use to it.

Fourth: Again we have different views as to why Obama has included these controversial figures to this visit. Is it inclusiveness? Is it political? Is it Obama's usual in your face demeanor? One thing is clear. Its in very bad taste and hence goes to Obama character.

Fifth: The comments in this thread reveal much about the anger in America and the fundamental reason is that there is a battle going on between "traditionalist" and the lefties who want to carve out a "new normal" which in itself is a oxymoron because the "new normal" as exemplified by the attention Bruce Jenner is getting is "abnormal"

So folks like you can do all the name calling you want but there are people like me that will continue to believe in traditional America and that it was in these beliefs that America was at its best.

Personal Best Regards:

I'm sure that the Pope, being the Christian he is, will forgive the Muslim for his blatant attempt to flaunt a deviant lifestyle in the Popes face. I am sure that Obama, the Muslim cares little for the feelings of the moral majority.

Obama is pro-choice, pro-gay rights, pro women's rights, shaves, eats bacon, and drinks beer. After some basic processing, does that sound like a Muslim to you?

Why not?

With his clearly demonstrated not following any guidelines, rules, constitution, bill of rights, etc and doing what ever he damn well pleases regardless what everybody either does or is supposed to do.

He is not a role model for much for any race, religion, party, gender, leadership(:1rotfl::1rotfl:) or just about anything else.

Why don't you ask Obama himself, and see what he has to say about it??

Referring to gays as having a "deviant" lifestyle, and showing hatred and intolerance of Muslims, sure fits the definition of bigot: a person who hates or refuses to accept the members of a particular group (such as a racial or religious group). And then to call oneself a Christian??? You must have learned a different brand of Christianity than the religion that most in this country practice. Yes, you may call yourself a Christian, but you are certainly a hate filled one.

Perhaps you need to review the definition of the word deviant.

Do you disagree that homosexuality differs from the norm?

It doesn't sound like some of my friends that claim to be Jews either, and they do. I know a lot of Christians that drink, smoke and swear. They are still Christians.

He also claims to be an American but you couldn't prove it by his actions either.
