Default Sad news

How sad. Although I am glad that he found time to be by her side last week. I only wish she had been able to see what happens tomorrow! Then again, he now has another angel watching from above!! He made her so proud!!

Default This is just sick

Leaving no potential avenue of attack unexplored, the Republican National Committee has decided to bash Barack Obama over his October visit to see his ailing grandmother in Hawaii.

On Monday afternoon, the RNC blasted out a complaint from the California Republican Party charging that "Obama for America violated federal law by converting its campaign funds to Senator Obama's personal use" for the trip. That proposed issue for the FEC to investigate is one of five violations alleged by California Republicans in their complaint.

My sincere condolences to Sen. Obama and his family. Like Ronda, I'm glad he had a chance to visit her before her death.

He really has my sympathy to have all this happening at the same time. I hope he takes enough personal time to grieve. Everyone should be able to understand how painful it is to lose a loved one.

May she rest in peace. We mus just ignore the negative notes from anyone. Republican or Democrat. Mr. Obama is a human being and needs only love at this moment. I am sure he is ignoring all that is said, as it seems she was more of a mother figure to him. He only needs prayers and love. Whether he is voted in to office or not.

God Bless them all tonight. The country is changing no matter who is voted in to office and they all need our prayers and love.

May she rest in peace, and....

I just want to say, to all my friends. If you haven't voted yet, get out and vote tomorrow. God bless America and the United States within.

So sad for Obama to lose his grandmother at such an important time for him. Of course, there is never a good time to lose a loved one. I feel so sorry for him. I'm sure she is so proud of him and looking down from heaven.

Sad deal all in all. I guess this throws out the window the idea that he didnt have a sick grandmother and only went to HI to cover his Birth Certificate. Was glad to hear him talk about her at the rally in NC. Good thing he took time from his speech to do the right thing.

Smile Prayers for Senator Obama.

My thoughts and prayers are with the Obama family today. His heart is heavy, yet it could be the dawn of a great new beginning. My Dad died right before my wedding. It's funny how strange timing can be. The person you want most to see something, is suddenly taken away right before it happens. I just feel, like I did with my Dad, that Senator Obama's Grandmother has a front row seat. The best seat in the house, sitting beside her Lord. The Heavens will, indeed, be smiling today.

Unhappy Money Can't Buy Class.

Sadly not one comment of condolence from John McCain. Well, you know what they say, "Money cannot buy class or character."

According to the Associated Press--John McCain issued condolences to his opponent "our thoughts and prayers go out to them as they remember and celebrate the life of someone who had such a profound impact in their lives"--statement issued by John and Cindy McCain

As do mine.
