Department of Defense and intelligence communities have had an ongoing battle with Obama's lack of expertise along these lines and further exacerbated by foreign policy as as the Iran Deal

Odd thing . One of my best friends is now the " Publisher " which is equivalent to President and Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer. He himself is a very conservative Republican but he stays far away from the Editorial and Journalism aspects and focuses on the business issues of running the paper .

IE --- the editorial side operates on it`s own and is controlled by the paper`s staff of editors not the CEO . Otherwise the reporters would walk out .


There are something like 6 different Unions operating at the Buffalo News and that alone takes a great amount of managerial effort .
